There are two and three bedroom options, some with studies and some without. Almost all of our villas are free-standing, with spacious floor plans and generous outdoor living spaces.
We have a range of homes to suit a variety of tastes and budgets – from the affordably priced Nevis duplex villas, through to the luxury three bedroom Soho villas, with a generous 200+m² floor area.
All homes have been carefully designed and landscaped to suit local conditions with double glazing, ample insulation, and covered patios to provide shelter from the summer sun.

All homes will be finished to a very high standard with varying specifications to suit the conditions unique to the Arrowtown climate and the expectations of our discerning future residents.

- A generous stud height of 2500mm on all villas, except the Nevis style villa which has a regular height of 2400mm.

- Conservatory addition is optional on most villas subject to consent
